Synchronizing your targets in PhishGrid ensures that user information is up-to-date and reflective of any recent changes. Synchronization also updates the old user information as well as add new users present in file and not as targets in PhishGrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before Synchronization:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 1: Access the ‘Targets’ Dashboard<\/strong> Log into your PhishGrid account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Go to the \u2018Targets\u2019 section, where you manage the individuals included in your phishing simulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will be updating existing user\u2019s information as well as adding new users (present in file, but not in PhishGrid) Upload the CSV file that contains the updated information for your targets. This file should follow the same format used when initially importing users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Best Practices:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Regular Updates:<\/strong> Schedule regular synchronization to keep target data current, especially if there are frequent changes in your organization\u2019s personnel. Steps to synchronize targets:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Initiate the Synchronization Process<\/strong>

<\/strong>Click on \u2018Sync Targets\u2019 just like you would when importing new users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 3: Upload the Updated CSV File <\/strong>

<\/strong>Step 4: Click on sync targets <\/strong>
<\/strong>
<\/strong>Uploaded XLSX file will update information of existing users and add new users present in file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Data Integrity:<\/strong> Consistently use the same CSV format to maintain data integrity. Avoid making unnecessary changes to the CSV structure.
