Click on \u2018Targets\u2019 to access the section where targets and groups are managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2: Navigate to Groups<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside the \u2018Targets\u2019 section, find and click on \u2018All Groups\u2019.
