1. Log in to IceWarp Administration Console<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open your web browser and go to the IceWarp Administration Console.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter your admin credentials to log in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Accessing the Anti-Spam Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once logged in, navigate to ‘System’<\/strong> in the left-side menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on ‘Security’<\/strong> and then select ‘Anti-Spam’<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      3. Whitelisting a Domain<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      To whitelist a domain, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. In the Anti-Spam section, click on the ‘Whitelist’<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

          3. Enter the IP address or IP range you wish to whitelist, for example: 51.15.191.190<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Set the action to ‘Always Allow’<\/strong> to fully trust the IP address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Save your settings by clicking ‘OK’<\/strong> or ‘Apply’<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            5. Managing the Whitelist<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            To manage the whitelisted entries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. In both the ‘Domain Whitelist’<\/strong> and ‘IP Whitelist’<\/strong> tabs, you can view, edit, or delete any entries by selecting them and choosing the appropriate action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
