Adding a new Group

< 1 min read

Step 1: Access Target Management

Log into your PhishGrid Dashboard. Click on the ‘Targets’ menu option on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Groups

In the ‘Targets’ section, click on the ‘All Groups’ link to view existing groups or to create a new one.

Step 3: Initiate New Group Creation

Click on the ‘Add new group’ button to start the process of creating a group.

Step 4: Enter Group Details

Type in the desired name for your group in the “Group Name” field.

Step 5: Select Group Members

Look through the list of available targets and check the box next to the names to add them to your group.

Step 6: Hit “Submit” Button

Once you have selected all the desired members for your group, finalize the process by clicking the ‘Submit’ button.

After creating the group, you can manage its members or use the group to tailor your phishing campaigns and reporting within PhishGrid. Always ensure the group’s name is descriptive of its members to avoid confusion when managing multiple groups or analyzing campaign data.
