Approach: two adaptive platforms
Hoxhunt describes an agentic reasoning engine that adapts simulations, coaching and difficulty for each employee, with optional OSINT personalisation and a simulation roughly every ten days. Employees get a micro-lesson when they click or report, and stars, badges, streaks and leaderboards keep them engaged. Its Content Studio turns policies into training, and XSAT reaches staff without a company account.
PhishGrid works the same way in principle. Each simulation is written for the person, the platform records clicks, data submitted and reports, and the next Daily Lesson targets what that person missed. Achievements reward reporting and completed lessons. Admins can generate templates from a prompt, edit them in a drag-and-drop editor, and use the AI Training Creator and AI Media Studio to produce their own training material.
Where they differ is breadth. Hoxhunt covers more channels today, including Teams and deepfake video, and adds automated incident response for reported mail. PhishGrid covers email, SMS, voice and QR, and keeps the product narrower so a small team can run it without a dedicated programme manager.

Free costs nothing, with no credit card, and covers email and macro phishing simulation, customised reports, awareness content and email support; its limits depend on organisation size. Starter is $0.99 per user per month for organisations of up to 100 employees and adds custom templates on demand. Enterprise is priced on request and adds custom awareness content, 24×7 support, automated vishing, ransomware and malware simulation and the AI attack engine.
