It combines PhishSim, a phishing simulator, with AwareEd, a large library of role-based training, and is aimed at compliance-driven programmes that need defensible reporting. Infosec also sells a separate human risk management product, Infosec HRM.
PhishGrid is an AI-based human risk reduction platform with a free plan. Rather than a large catalogue, it runs one loop: simulate an attack written for each person, measure who clicks and who reports, train that person on what they missed, and track risk over time. If you need thousands of training resources, SCORM export and compliance tracks, Infosec IQ is built for that. Approach: content library or adaptive loop
Infosec IQ is library-led. Administrators build role-based learning paths, target campaigns by department, location, hire date or risk score, and choose from a large set of phishing templates covering drive-by, data entry, BEC, spear phishing and malicious attachments. Its training is interactive and accessible to WCAG 2.2 and Section 508. Personalisation is rule-based: the administrator decides who gets what, helped by learner analytics and adaptive assessments.
PhishGrid moves those decisions into the product. Each simulation is written for the employee, the platform records clicks, submitted data and reports, and each person's next Daily Lesson targets what they missed. Admins can generate templates and landing pages from a prompt or import their own HTML, and use the AI Training Creator and AI Media Studio to produce material. Achievements reward reporting.
If your auditors want to see a broad curriculum completed, a library makes that easy to show. If leadership wants to see risk falling person by person, the adaptive loop shows that directly. Some organisations use both.

Starter is $0.99 per user per month for organisations of up to 100 employees and adds custom templates on demand. Enterprise is priced on request and adds custom awareness content, 24×7 support, automated vishing, ransomware and malware simulation and the AI attack engine.
